| Lemon House comprises of 2 bedrooms, one twin bedded
room and one double bedded room, with views to the sea, kyrenia,
and to the five-finger mountains on the other. |

Upstairs also has a large terrace facing the mountains.
It has one bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. The kitchen
is very well equipped with oven grill and hob, fridge/freezer washing
machine and dishwasher. |
| The dining room has dining table and chairs. The large lounge has
a sofa bed and another sofa, satellite tv and an open fireplace. It
also has patio doors opening onto a patio with views to the sea. |

Patio doors lead from the kitchen and dining room to the pool and
gardens all round the villa. There are plenty of seats and loungers
on the patio around the pool, for all to enjoy the views of the mountain
and the sea. |
